Immediately after finishing dental school he completed a general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he focused on comprehensive as well as complex dental cases.

He is one of the youngest endodontists to ever receive this honor.

Dr. Berry maintains his board certification with the American Association of Endodontics College of Diplomates, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and Nassau County Dental Society.

There is nothing as good as a natural tooth. However, sometimes your tooth may need root canal therapy in order for it to be a healthy part of your mouth. An endodontist is a dentist with two to three additional years of training that is specifically focused on diagnosing and treating problems involving the nerves of teeth.

Endodontists have advanced training in both surgical and nonsurgical therapy that allows them to perform routine as well as complex procedures. They are adept at all aspects of root canal treatments including: root canal therapy, root canal retreatment and apicoectomy. They are also experienced at helping to find the cause of oral and maxillo-facial pain which is often times difficult to diagnose.

Rest assured that the care that an endodontist provides is supported by the extensive education on how to perform the very best endodontics.
