After attending Yeshiva University and graduating cum laude, he then attended UMDNJ dental school and finished in the top of his class. Immediately after finishing dental school he completed a general practice residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he focused on comprehensive as well as complex dental cases.
He then went on to complete his Endodontic residency at UMDNJ, the only endodontic program in New Jersey. While there he trained under some of the most prominent and well respected endodontists in the country. He received training utilizing the newest and most cutting edge technology. Dr. Berry achieved the highest honor that an endodontist can receive by becoming board certified within a year of graduating his residency. The board certification process demonstrates an exceptional skill, knowledge and overall expertise in the field of endodontics. Less than 20% of endodontists in the world are board certified. He is one of the youngest endodontists to ever receive this honor.
Dr. Berry maintains his board certification with the American Association of Endodontics College of Diplomates, American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association and Nassau County Dental Society.
Dr. Berry is a clinical attending physician at Lutheran Medical Center helping to shape the minds of the next generation of endodontists.
Born and raised in New York, Dr. Wendy Rosen, DMD attended Queens College where she earned her Bachelor of the Arts. She then attended Rutgers University Dental School (formally knows as the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) where she was president of the Gamma Pi Delta Honor Society. Dr. Rosen continued her education in a one-year General Practice Residency program in Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. She was chosen to be the Chief Resident and awarded the “Resident of the Year” award.
After working for a year as a general practitioner, Dr. Rosen attended NYU Lutheran Medical Center for her specialty training in Endodontics. She was also chosen to be Chief Resident of that program. Dr. Rosen received an award for her research conducted in the hospital on “The Prevalence of New Pediatric Patients Presenting to NYU Lutheran Medical Center’s Sunset Park Clinic with ‘Endodontically Involved’ Permanent Teeth”.
Dr. Wendy Rosen is a Board Certified Endodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics. Dr. Rosen’s compassionate and friendly demeanor makes the endodontic procedure pleasant for both adults and pediatric patients.
Dr. Barry Goodman is a graduate of New York University College of Dentistry and practiced general dentistry for several years before specializing in Endodontics. He completed his endodontic training at Kingsbrook Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Goodman is currently the Chief of Endodontics in the Department of Dental Medicine at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, and is an Attending on the dental staff at Lutheran Medical Center. Dr. Goodman is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at NYU College of Dentistry.
Dr. Goodman is committed to endodontic education and has been teaching the art of Endodontics for over 30 years. Dr. Goodman is married, has four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys biking, golf, fishing, yoga and spending time with his family.
