• We’ll schedule your appointment as quickly as possible at a convenient time for you. Weekend and evening appointments are available.
• We are always available in an emergency; just call the office to sched¬ule an immediate appointment. If the office is closed, follow the directions on the voicemail so a doctor can reach you right away.
• We cater to your comfort by offering you a choice of music, pillows, blankets and extra-gentle anesthetic injections.
• Anesthesia and nitrous oxide are available, if needed. A consultation appointment is required before scheduling IV sedation.
• We’ll protect your safety with state-of-the art sterilization techniques that meet OSHA standards.
• We’ll explain any recommended treatment in simple, easy-to-understand language and encourage you to ask questions to the doctors and staff.
• We use the latest in digital x-ray technology which provides minimal radiation exposure to you.
• We will complete your treatment in a timely manner and offer one-visit root canal treatment when possible.
• We’ll submit your insurance and work with your dental insurance company to help you get the maximum benefits allowed.
• Our practice comprises well-trained professionals who work together as a team to bring you the highest quality care.
• We believe in the benefits of regular preventative care and encourage all of our patients to return for a recall visit. We send out written reminders when it’s time for a follow-up appointment.
• We work closely with StemSave™ to collect and preserve stem cells from teeth for future use, if needed. There have been very promising advances in the treatment of a wide variety of health conditions.
